The firms Consumer business, Marcus by Goldman Sachs, combines the entrepreneurial spirit of a startup with more than 150 years of experience. Today, we serve millions of customers across multiple products including lending, deposits, financial tools, and our partnership with Apple on Apple Card. We use innovative design, data, engineering and other core capabilities to provide customers with powerful tools and products that are grounded in value, transparency and simplicity. RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Responsibilities:

  • Track technical issues being reported to WFM and work with Technology to identify the root cause and implement resolution
  • Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution, process uplift, and automation opportunities
  • Manage access and provisioning for new employees and transfers
  • Collaborate with Tech Risk and Internal Audit to mitigate firm risk related to provisioning processes
  • Apply problem solving / decision making skills to achieve the highest level of operational efficiency
  • Support the preparation of ad hoc analysis that enables strong understanding of the business
  • Provide suggestions and recommend solutions for possible issues
  • Apply sound judgment and demonstrate comfort with ambiguous requests

Basic Qualifications:

  • Critical thinking and ability to work with deadlines
  • Fast learner and able to handle ambiguous tasks and complex data sets
  • Efficient written and verbal communicatory and comfortable moderating meetings and bridges
  • Highly motivated and self-driven, comfortable taking direction and balancing independent thinking under short deadlines
  • 1 2 years of work experience in call center environment
  • Advanced experience in Microsoft Office products
  • Familiarity with Marcus by Goldman Sachs products and applications
