Under the supervision of the Staff Services Manager I, the Data Reporting Analyst (Staff Service Analyst) will perform full entry-level analytical and technical duties to support the Authority’s financial and performance reporting. Duties will include preparation, review, and monitoring of Finance and Audit Committee Reports as well as other monthly and ad hoc reports. The incumbent will perform financial analysis and data validation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and transparency are maintained in all reporting. The analyst will also assist in tracking and coordinating materials for meetings with Executive Management, the Authority Board, the Authority staff, and stakeholders.

Part time telework, up to three days per week, is available based on the requirements of the position for California residents and may be discussed during the interview process. Hiring interviews may be available virtually, using teleconferencing or video conferencing options.
While working on-site, the incumbent works in a professional office environment, in a climate-controlled area which may fluctuate in temperature and is under artificial light. The incumbent will be required to use a computer, mouse, and keyboard, and will be required to sit for long periods of time at a computer screen. Employee must be able to focus for long periods of time, manage multiple tasks, adapt to changes in priorities, and complete tasks or projects with short notice.
